Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Custom orders will take 2-3 weeks to ship, and that does include preparation, however, a rhinestone/bling cup will take longer depending on the size of the cup, stones, and design. A ready-to-sale (RTS) item will ship within 2-5 business days as long as there are no personalizations added.
Q:Â Can I wash my tumbler in the dishwasher?
A: NO!!! Hand wash only with warm soapy water
Q: Can I freeze my tumbler?
A: NO!!! Do not freeze or leave tumblers in a hot car for an extended period of time.
Q: How long will I be able to keep my tumbler?
A: With proper care, our custom tumblers will last for years.
Q: Will my pen come with a refill?
A: Yes. Remember to keep the spring inside the pen when switching out refills.
Q: How many refills will I get with my pen?
A: One. You are able to order more on the site.
Q: Am I able to have my package gift wrapped?
A: The majority of orders will be wrapped in wrapping paper and shipped in a corrugated shipping box so damage is minimal. Smaller items will be in a padded envelope.
